I went to the Mods vs Rockers bike show here in Indy on Saturday to walk around. Since I currently have no bikes (was basically plowed over by a work van a year ago on June 1st while on my way to this show with my classic honda...now totaled), so I decided to drive my Mini.

Upon arrival I was shocked to see another classic there...and it was also a 1977!!! What are the odds of that happening? I spoke to the owner for a while who was a very nice guy (named Joe as I recall). His Mini is a Canadian spec car...he replaced the ugly big black bumpers and such with the nicer chrome bits. Very original and nice looking Mini...very neat orange paint with cool gold and black side decals. Very 70s. Anyway, just thought I'd share. Here are a few pics...

 

It is always rare to run across another classic anytime, let alone one of the same year. There are four within a 1/2 mile of my house, just don't see them out on the road that often.
