I sauntered over here since my regular hangouts (MiniMania) web server is down. AGAIN.

I bought my third classic Mini tonight and this is the one I have been searching for.

1961 Austin Mini, first sold in California, always been in the California dessert hence pretty rot free, floor start switch, external hinges, sliding windows. And the best part was I found it in a mere 5 miles form my workplace.

Hopefully, I will be ordering an 05 MCS on the next group buy.

Hey Emmanuel, the link is still not working for me and the anticipation is killing me! Maybe I can come over this weekend to see the new toy. I also have a bunch of parts you might want and/or need. email me some pictures.

Hey this looks like a "project car"- a very big (small) project!

Looks like someone hit it with an RPG.

He scored the Moke over the weekend. The MK1 is a pretty good starting point with no rust and a straight shell - I have undertaken much worse condition Mini projects!
