That's my plate and it is not meant to insult new MINI owners; It is merely to acknowledge the car’s history.

PS: The plate on my soon-to-be new MINI says, “EX BMC”

It is a 1968 with lots of blood sweat and tears put into the restoration over the past 2+ years. But it is FINALLY on the road and I am loving it!

Where was this picture taken, anyway? Was it taken at Crystal Cove this weekend?

I like the Speedwell badge. My 1st bicycle was a Speedwell! I never knew they made Minis too!

Several years ago (mid 1990's) there was a red classic Mini that lived near Giathersburg, MD. I got a grin every time I drove past its house. The tag read:
B4 HONDA

This was, of course, prior to the introduction of the new MINI.

Around the same time (yearwise), I also got passed on I270 by a sharp gray classic Mini. The rear decklid proudly proclaimed to all:

"You've just been Mini'd!"
