Hi All, We just purchased our first "Mini" yesterday. It is absolutely a dream come true. It is likely a 98' Sportpack with 13x6 rims. Lots to learn. First thing that needs to be addressed is new tires. We are up in Seattle so we have Les Schwab, Discount Tire and Firestone. We would prefer all-seasons.

I want to be able to have a local store match some online prices but I can't seem to find anything online. Some suggestions and links would be very helpful. Thanks!

both are in the UK. i ordered wheels and tires from the UK from minispares and even after the shipping, was still cheaper that the folks at mini mania. GB car parts is pretty fair in their pricing for being here in the states.

 

Discount Tire should be able to order Dunlops,Falkens or Yokohamas. You'd have to go in since it's a special order not available on the website.

 

don’t bother with Discount tire - they aren't interested in even finding a set. They pointed me to ebay!

 

All the local places were unable to help. I ordered the Yokohama's from MiniMania and they shipped super fast and we were able to get them installed yesterday. They gave a discount over the phone and were a pleasure to deal with.

Sumitomo discontinuing their tire is very disappointing. They were the best deal in the states. Seems like there is nothing left on this side of the pond now.
