The guys at GB have been the best service I have received from ANY company I have ever dealt with.

I won't spend my money anywhere else.

Awesome!! Thanks. I Looooooove GB Car Parts. The only other Mini parts company I'll go through is Mini Spares if GB doesn't have what I want. Never deal with Mini Mania again.

I agree with you.. kinda. haha. Mini Mania has a great selection of parts. I will be the last to dog on a supplier that I may one day need to rely on.

BUT.. there are other sources that are MUCH better. I just can't believe the incredible price gouging that goes on with most of MM's parts.

But if you want Hi-Lo's... you're in luck. GBCarparts.com is offering 10% off of any orders over $99.95 until Midnight 2/28/10

Go get you some parts and tell them Cameron Webster recommended you to them. :D

MtyMous-

Lookin' really good with a 3" drop. Once the weather warms up and you can get out on the road, you'll see a significant change in handling.

My P'up is sitting under a cover in the garage, just waiting for the spring rains to wash all the nasty salt away. We've had lots of it in KC this year with the repeated snow storms.

Well luckily, we've got a week of sunshine ahead of us. :D I'm working on another friend's classic this weekend to try to fit a duplex chain. Should have it all buttoned up tomorrow. :D

But in west Texas, we don't really have salt. haha. They just throw sand down.. it's so dumb. I'm used to being in Illinois with serious snow and serious salt. the only good thing is that we don't have salt everywhere after a snow. Just dirty dirty roads. A good rain washes it all away.. then it's off to drive the mini. :D

I have driven it already once or twice with the new suspension setup... and I LOVE it. It's so much better. Can't wait to have a lot more good weather so I can seriously get into the thing.

Isn't the suspension stroke on classics already really short? So your stroke is now 0.5" or something? Seems like you'd be hitting the bump stops a lot. Looks sweet regardless though.

Modify the bumpstops to allow more travel, change the rebound bumpers.

And the stroke isn't that small. Not positive what it is, but it's still a decent amount.
