Meet Becky, she's my 1982 Mini. Love her to death! No interior shots because there's no carpet yet. The motor is a 1275, w/ a new front & new paint.

On a side note - is that a US-spec Corolla in the background?

 

I tried to put in the Newton Comm. carpet today but the bolt for the steering column broke, so it looks like it might take another week or so. The car is virtually rust free and the motor is MINT! Once the carpet is in, Im putting in my dashboard & maybe if I have time, a head unit to keep me entertained. The sad part is, I leave the UK in a few months for a tour in Korea, then 3 yrs in Japan. Which means, when I ship the car back to the US, I wont get to drive her for a LONG time. .:tear:.

The Corolla in the background is a UK spec I believe. I can take a closer look tomorrow.
