Fitting HiLo

Fitting HiLo
I am going to start putting together the rear subframe assembly and have a set of HiLo's from Mini Sport.
The units come heavily greased in the box - probably partially to protect them during storage/shipment/etc. My assumption is that I will want to grease the cones where they mount on the subframe and the HiLo both where it seats on the cone and the threads inside the HiLo.
I am using Mobil 1 Synthetic grease for my suspension, wheel bearings, etc. due to its low and hi temperature capability along with its other performance characteristics.
Any reason this grease would not work for HiLo's? I have seen other people talk about using Copper grease on suspension parts - but do not see why this would be necessary. Am I missing anything in fitting these units? I have had no experience with Mini suspensions before.
Thanks for any help.....

Greasing the treads of the Hi-lo for sure is a good idea. And of course the knuckle joint at the end MUST have grease. Fitting the rubber cone to the hi-lo could be a great benefit in 4 or 5 years if you need to take it apart again!
Pretty simple installation on the rear although doing the front typically requires a cone compressing tool. The ability to set corner weights on the Mini will greatly improve handling.
