Headliner color for Island Blue

According to the Haynes Restoration Guide for Minis, one of the original standard Mini options was: Island Blue/White with black seats, black carpet, black door cards, & a pale cream headliner. This is the color scheme that I am using to rebuild my MKIV '79 Mini 1000 saloon. I have never seen "pale cream" listed as an color option on the parts sites, only crackle cream. I just received a new crackle cream headliner and its a darker cream than I anticipated. I know there is a white headliner option. Does anyone know if crackle cream is a correct color or if this is the "pale cream" that the restoration guide refers to for Island Blue or an I missing something?

Thanks for any help......

Here are some pics of the body shell.......

I ended up painting the roof the BMW MINI roof color - aspen white, due to some issues with color availability.

Saloons 70-95 listed by Newton Commercial as black, white, grey, cream crackle. Yes cream crackle is more tan than cream, imo.

f you want to change the color, I sprayed my headliner with SEM vinyl paint about three years ago and was amazed at the outcome and have yet to see a crack...given good prep (I used their cleaner) damn good stuff

mk1leg- Thanks for the picture. Funny how it looks tan with the light behind, but a faint offwhite on the roof.

dimini- I am really pleased with the island blue color. I started some reassembly last weekend. Not much done, but its a start.

I have not driven this car in over 2 years, so I am eager to get it on the road. I have the engine essentially ready to go.... see attached picture
