As far as I know, this is the only one. World's first D16Z6 VTEC 1968 Riley Elf.
The gang at Mini Tec are putting the finishing touches on it and I'll have it on the road this weekend. Zoom Zoom.

Your car is very fun. I'm impressed that B.J. is getting it finished for your Spring Thing adventure. Mine took nearly a year longer than expected. You are in the unique position of having owned it w/an A series and now the VTEC. Please give us before and after impressions. How's the handling with the MTD2 subrame vs OE Mini feel? Granted, you went from 10's to jumbo 13x7s, so there's a lot of difference right there.
I feel like I have a new cousin. Welcome to the fold!

Well, I got to drive it a few miles this morning before trailering it home, and I will be driving it more tomorrow, rain or shine. Still a little early for first impressions, but so far, I'm loving it! Just got to get over my initial fear of the new awesome power level. But it seems to ride really nice on the 13s and the new suspension. We took the hydrolastic suspension off and it's got the Mini Tec front and new road coils and shocks in the rear, plus the new disk brake setup and new pedal box, so it's really a whole new car compared to before. It was in the shop for 6 months, so I've kind of forgot how it used to drive.
