Qualified appraisers?

Does anyone know of a qualified appraiser somewhere around Kansas City Missouri, or somewhere within a good distance, and about how much an appraisal costs?

I have one company right now that will give an appraisal but it will cost around $300. They are a nationally recognized company and can give an appraisal and a signature.. which is what I need. I'm wondering if any of you guys know any places around that area that can do the same job (MUST BE A CERTIFIED APPRAISER AND GIVE SIGNATURE) that may be able to do it for a lower cost?

A guess

Insurance?

My company didn't require an apprsl. Just a couple of pictures and we agreed on a replacement price....

If I'm on target you might want to check out Hagerty's or American Collectors ... IF I'm on target that this is an insurance issue

.... 'course this also means you'll use the car inside 'collector' limits.

It's actually for the bank to cut me the check. I'm approved, and they just need an appraisal.

BUT...

The issue has been resolved guys.

Thanks though.
