Pre-Built VTEC

Is there anyway I could buy a pre-built VTEC mini? Ive been trying to find a site/place to buy one from. I have had no luck. Anyone here that could help me out?

i work construction in reno and work has slowed down alot. i need to lower my overhead. i know im gonna hate myself for it, but i can always build another.
