PlayMini

I don't have a sound clip but several who've followed me have asked what kind of exhaust it was. Sounds a little like a Harley on acceleration with a nice back burble on the down shift.

PlayMini large bore twin DTM, center exit, coupled to a LCB off a 1275 with HIF-6 w/K&N

Not a Sportex

No...not a Sportex, A PlayMini

Get hold of a MiniSport catalog and you'll find a complete selection

PlayMini, Maniflow, Sportex,

Sportex' ad says the exhaust is made from "top quality aluminised steel" with stainless "finishers" at the tips

PlayMini is all stainless...hence costs a little more

And according to the PlayMini ad: Usually to fit a large bore exhaust you need a LCB or 3 branch manifold to mate up....but if desired, PlayMini also has a "magic pipe" converter so you can keep a standard manifold.

also djminis.com is a US supplier for minisport so if you see something you like through minisport....call Dion it will be a bit cheaper

when i first started up my mini after the motor install (i have a 1310 A+) my neighbor (who is a car mechanic) thought that i had thrown a small block in it. it's loud but sounds really sweet!!!!! i also have no soundproofing in it as well, not even carpets....

To me, Play Mini is not too loud. I have a PlayMini large bore twin DTM, center exit, coupled to a LCB off a 1380 with Weber 45.

Sounds like a vintage Ferrari if you ask me.

Everyone that sees/hears it likes it.

Most importantly, I like it.

LOUD is defined by your personal preference.
