Is there a dependable source for a good running tube built Minis?

Minitec will be building one soon for a guy otherwise they are in London. Jim Fai on the MM site had one for sale too, methinks.

I believe jimfai has a mini marcos with the zcar set up, it's as reasonable a price as you could find. Worth looking him up. His email is
