Hello Gang,

After seeing the new R56 tonight for the 1st time, and checking out the "C" pillars, and the cool new vert ridge, that helps keep the back window clean.

I hope one of the many great companies that make after market parts, will make a simple stick on part that will work the same way.

If anyone is has found an after market part that works with this issue, please do tell.

Yes they help, last night we had a club event, one of the local dealers drove an R56 to the event on wet roads and the back of the car was so much cleaner then any of ours, that drove less miles, to get there.

It might be one of the best body improvements on the R56.

 

There is a thread here on NAM where a MINI owner installed vertical strips along both edges of the rear window of his R53. I'll see if I can find it.
