Can't make out much, but the headline says "Indoor Racing School"
So the race track is "Indoors" ?

Nice. I have road raced motorcycles with WERA and CCS at Autobahn. I might have to come and check this out. I have never had a car out on the track. I am sure touring speeds will be 30 mph lol
