With the info that has been posted about the events in Chicago does it make more sense just to stay out by the track? The only event for down town that I have seen listed is the drive down the lake shore on the way to Iowa on Monday. Thoughts?

 

I would agree that staying closer to Autobahn makes more sense... but if you're looking for luxury accommodations, Joliet isn't the place to stay.
