A decent customs shop?
A decent customs shop?
The heated seat on the drivers side of my R53 is out, and actually appears to have shorted out, because there is a small hole burned through the seat and a wire sticking out. So instead of the dealer telling me I need an entire new seat, does anyone have any good recommendations of where I can take my MINI before it starts getting too cold out?
I had seat heaters added to my car a couple years ago (because I was too stupid to buy them in the first place).
The company was called Covers and Interiors located in Highland Park.. The link I had to their website doesn't work anymore but here is their info http://www.yellowpages.com/lake-bluf...?lid=456197469

Pending on what seat material you have in your mini, depends on if it can be fixed or replaced. Being an 2003, they stopped making 2 seat covering types. if you've got basic leather or leatherette, i can get just the bottom of seat -- with new foam-- and fix it.
I know I have the sport seats, I'm pretty sure they are the basic leather
The 2003 had an option of "Real" leather or leatherette..
If the car has sports seats, leatherette, heated seats, and you're looking for the bottom seat covering #52107155064... SUPPOSEDLY $290...
The top section of the backrest material has a different number pending if the car seat has lumbar.
