No Mini specific experiance, but a strong mechanical background. And I have the tool. Pm me if you want to talk logistics.

 

It can be a tough job, easier if you raise the engine off the passenger side motor mount. I'm a MINI tech, so I've seen it done a few times. Also, you'll need to relieve tension on the belt and don't forget a smaller belt. One of our techs went from a 15% reduction to a 19% and none of the belts we had would let the supercharger get more than 5psi before slippage. I have a 15% on mine, and love it. ENJOY! :D
