I ordered some new tail lamps from Moss MINI on the 8th of September. It was shipped out on the 9th, but I still don't have them. how long does it usually take?

Doesn't take long if you actually want the order. I ordered one date, then cancelled that same day. a month later, my back ordered item arrived, and they withdrew the money from my account. Took them another month or two to refund me the money on an order i already cancelled, and was confirmed on.

I believe they're pretty quick at sending, but i only order at christmas, and that's for miata stuff for my ex i've ordered a few other occasions, and they got here pretty quickly... especially for the season. They won't hesitate taking my money, but slack on everything else

i'm not particulary fond of their customer service, but hey... maybe you'll have better luck.

I usually have them ship UPS and get delivery in under 7 days. I get the tracking number and then via UPS website can track it all the way door to door.

But that's all in US. Could CA customs be a slowdown????

 

Perhaps the package looks fishy to US Customs? We can't be too careful down here and need to inspect EVERYTHING to ensure there's no more trouble. Perhaps they're dusting for fingerprints on the package just like they do for non-US citizens leaving the country?

 

They are good people. I have order a couple of times and a friend just order two of their jackets and got them right away. We stopped at their place one day when we were on a run and we bought a bunch of items and did not have to pay shipping.

Call them, or e-mail them, and get the UPS tracking number from them.

US customs shouldn't even see this box. it will hit Canada customs, and then might get inspected there.

I just hope they get here soon!
