Ok, beer brewing starts at 1PM, but we should all plan on getting there a tad earlier...I mean you can't brew 100% sober!!!

Also, I need to bug out pretty much by 3:15 at the latest, so some of you may need to put the finishing touches on it. We'll also try to shcedule a bottling time while we're there.

Well, out of the guarantee of 72 bottles (possibly more), I only have an exact count of 6 to to JubalH, however, I know that I, Mark, Kim & Moose are in for more bottles (although I do not know to what degree). My gut feeling is more than likely whatever is left after everyone else breaks down the number of bottles they want, Mark & I will split the rest. I have no problem with that being a lower number than a higher number (as long as that number is minimally still in the 10-15 bottle range)!

Also, since it may be impossible to ever get all of these bottles back, perhaps it would be best just to buy new bottles for this batch. Kim & I will work on a label!

Ironic...from the Brew Kettle and Smokehouse Website...

"General Information

Reservations for 6 or more Sunday through Thursday only, Dine in or carry out, The Brew Kettle is a smoke-free establishment"

Make up your mind...is it a smokehouse or is it smoke free?!?!?

Who knew the weather folks would actually get one right for a change? I'm still interested in "investing" in a 6 pack but making the drive in from Youngstown isn't reasonable today in a MINI. Sorry.
