We've been talking about it, now we're doing it!

Saturday Nov 15th we'll be driving through Madison, IN and taking backroads (Hwy 62) up to Aurora. We'll stop for lunch at the Applewood Restaurant around 12-1:00 and then head back.

We'll meet at 10am in the Meijers parking lot in Jeffersonville, IN on Hwy 62 (or 10th street) at the intersection of Allison Ln.

This drive has lost of "Dragon-esque" sections with some great curves and beautiful scenery. Post up if you're coming and how many will be with you so we can make proper reservations for lunch. The restaurant has a room they will reserve for us but need a total count.

Sounds like fun. We'll check for conflicts as the date gets closer, but mark us "tentative" for now. Should know something definite in a few days.

I'm interested. However, I'll have to see if I can get my car out of the shop by then. Got rear ended by a Jimmy John's delivery guy last Wednesday (just after picking up my registration and license plate) and his insurance is being slow.

Anyway, I should be able to make it if I have my MINI.

 

Bah I want to tag along but gotta haul the wifes car to STL that weekend.

 

Not Saturday: football at 3:30 pm and tailgating at the house starts at 2:00pm.

Sure man. Do you remember where I live? I can't remember if you actually came by the house or not. Join us on Saturday for the drive and I can look at it then.

 

Guys, we need to have a total count by Thursday night so I can let the restaurant know by Friday how many are coming. Post up! It's been way too long since we did this the last time so do whatever you gotta do to make it!

Nope I never did swing by. What time will you be back this Saturday? I wont be able to make the drive. I might have to work Saturday morning, but it's still up in the air at this point. Anyway, I'd like to swing by sometime this weekend and talk Minis.
