Local pulley install

Has anyone local to Louisville or close by completed a SC pulley swap? I know I can do it myself but it never hurts to have another set of eyes around that has done it to make things easier

Yes, I even have the tensioner belt tool, and the pulley removal tool!

So what would it take to get you to help me out? I could pay to borrow the tools or what ever works for you.

my car makes a weird noise sometimes when I first fire it up. Stein listened to it and said my tention belt was noisy? I think thats what they said but not 100%. If I catch up with cigarguy saturday I'll have him give it a listen.
You guys rock! Thanks for all the great info

Don't know which MINI you have, but if it's the current generation, the "dreaded cold start issue" seems to have afflicted many. Here are a couple of threads for you to determine whether this condition applies to your vehicle and, if so, for you to determine a possible course of action with Nick / Cincy MINI. Best of luck !!

Belt tensioners do have a tendancy to make noise from time to time. It's not a major repair if that's what it is.

Club,
Has anyone heard of J Marshall?

My pulley, belt and spark plugs are not delivering any extra HP that I can feel.
(Do you think that the fact of them staying in a box under my bed have something to do with that?)
