I would like to get poc's for the MINI club in Manila. I will be importing my 2004 MCS there next May 14. I would like advise also for dealing with the BTI on the import taxes and paperwork hassles. The PRA will write a letter for me for getting the residents visa and uncle sugar will ship the MINI there free. I heard the import tax is 40% of bluebook. (HAHAHA yeah my MINI is stock). Any advise is appreciated.
