F/S: M7 Extreme Scoop R53 - Dark Silver

SOLD

M7 Extreme Scoop in Dark Silver. Paint has worn through to on a fe spots where front of scoop could contact the hood. Not seen when installed. One bolt has come loose too. A little 5 min epoxy will fix that. Paint is in otherwise good shape, will need to be clayed well, this was on a track car and it has rubber bits all over it. I did a small area and it came out fine.

New this sells for $199 + shipping and paint.

Asking $130 shipped. Will accept paypal at no additional charge.

In the picture above it would be the right rear one. It looks like after the scoop is made the are epoxied in place. That one has worked loose and can move up and down in it's hole. In order to tighten the nut you will need to hold the bolt to prevent it from moving up and spinning. Frankly it looks like they just take some goop like material and mold it around the bolt head keeping it in place.

See how the top of the bolt is encased in a goop like material here... this is one of the front ones, nut removed for clarity.

This is the one thats loose. It will need some type of goop like material, 5 min epoxy will be fine, to hold it back in place. Note how it is shown pushed back into the well of the scoop in this pic. Nut not removed so the bolt does not fall out and I lose it only to find it after the lights are out and I wander into the study barefoot.

Hope that helps
