Hope this doesn't come off like a lower offer again but, I live in San diego and you show that your in LA, so I could deliver my stock IC with the diverter (not sure if you need/want the stock scoop [I'ed almost like to keep it]) and not sure what else ment by etc. In excange for the mentioned M7 IC related stuff for $425. You don't have to pay shipping and you also get cash and product in hand. If this sounds like it meets with the spirit of your original deal let me know.

Also hoping what ever difficulties your having will pass.
