is this that big mat that goes over the back seats when folded down?

 

It is made of thick canvass and lining that goes on top of the back of the rear seats (folded down), all the way to the trunk area. It attaches to the headrest poles of the front seats. It neatly folds into itself, in a bag, when not in use.
