Does anyone know a local place (Birmingham area) that will apply boot stripes for us? We have bought them from Cooper Flags and we thought we could just get them applied locally. Thank you in advance for any information. :smile:

i got stripes from them also (side stripe for bottome of door "Cooper S" and I contacted the guy that did my window tint and he is going to do it today. the dealer has people that can do it but I was told the window tint people can do it also. Just ask them about guarantee of labor.

I met Stephen Wittkop of Stephen's Garage at the last MINI meet on Nov 1, and just had him do some work on my land rover. He showed me his invisisible bra that he was going to install on his pepper white MINI. He is not a body shop or tinter, but he would probably do the work as we discussed tinting and he is going to do his invisible bra himself and that is a much more difficult project than the boot stripes.

He might also have a good contact for a local tint shop if you would prefer such a place to do it.

I suggest calling Stephen because he is not only a MINI owner, but he also did great work on my vehicle. I know he stands behind his work as we discussed how he once paid for a $750 BMW windshield that was improperly installed by someone he out-sourced to do the glass work. It wasn;t even his fault!
