Last year it took 71 days to get to this point. We are 8 days ahead of last year.

500's a good number, but I wouldn't want it to get much bigger of the registered participants. There will be a lot of others there who do not register, too. I just remember the year when we had around 800 plus the non-registered, and it was a nightmare, especially with the organized drives and the congested roads. Just my 2c....
