benji, I see no reason you cannot come. Just bring something non-alcoholic to drink.

I plan on showing up, but I don't need a hat, I was around last year, but never made the Cigar Sampling. I'm looking forward to it this year.

You're welcome, no matter what. We just want our fellow cigar smokers to come and enjoy!

The cigars I'm bringing down to hand out at the Cigar Salon are IN! I think you'll like them. I'm just waiting for the arrival of the Cigar Salon hats, now.

I sure like mine, and wore it today during our MINI drive thru Ohio Amish country! The hat just feels good when worn [kind of a broken-in feel, being all cotton] and has a nice "slide" adjustment that doesn't work loose, too. Craig did a great job with the design!

Bump for a good cause and GREAT hats! These things are cut so that they fit fantastically... not like 90% of the hats I try on these days... And the embroidery is understated and tasteful, and still very cool... and begs people to ask what the heck it means...

TY...TY! We really tried hard to find the best-fitting hats out there, especially ones that wouldn't be so apt to fly off/out when the windows are down or if a top-down cabrio is involved! These all cotton hats sit down close to the ears without covering them, and the slide adjustment does not slip or feel uncomfortable.

Thanks so much for the kind words, Dean! Glad you enjoyed yourself! I love doing the Cigar Salon, as it brings out the nicest people.

Yeah, it was too bad about the fire and all, but as I've posted earlier on another thread, these unexpected things happen. On the bright side, we had gotten most of our drives in at that point so leaving early was just an inconvenience. Besides, there is always the Fall color to look frward to as well as the Fall of the Dragon activities...not as big as MOTD, but still a great chance to reconnect with friends made along the way.

I'll be back next year to MOTD, God willing, and will look forward to seeing you again then, if not before...ya never know!

Hey, it was great meeting you at the Cigar Sampler. I'm sorry you had to leave early, but am glad that you made it out okay, even if the circumstances sucked.

Look forward to seeing you next year!!!

Hi Dave,

It was a pleasure meeting you and your wife at the Cigar Salon, too, plus learning of your experiences in Wales and in the Armed Forces! Yeah, the circumstances around that fire kinda sucked, but, hey, at least we got the Cigar Salon in as well as most of our driving and activities. Our only regret was not being able to get down to your campsite to visit. I sure hope to see ya next year at MOTD! Thanks again for spending your evening with us!

Jeff
