I don't see how I can possibly gather the attendee info of every drive. Define open or closed. I had no idea there were limits. If you're leading a drive, shouldn't you be responsible for your attendee list?

I'm in the process of getting a huge white board that DCMM left at Fontana 2 years ago to be at the info table.
It can be used as a message board, or what ever.

 

Many of the drives are limited as to how many MINI's can attend and some have already reached those limits
indicated below by the OPEN or CLOSED status, but I guess thats something the lead drivers can put on a white board.
Most if not all this info is also available through the Events Planner.

For anyone interested in attending some of the drives, here is a list of the day drives:

Thank you for orgainizing the info table Katie! I really enjoyed helping out there - it's terrific meeting new people and being able to give them information to help make their stay even better!

PS: We did get a lot of questions about the rocks - maybe you should consider selling them next year!

We can paint them the same colors that MINIs come in - We can even personalize them with car/owner names.... hmmmmmm! I think we might have our million dollar idea here!
