MINIBee & We

My husband and I are making the 4 hour drive with MINIBee .. bringing many of the "things to bring" (camping chairs, detailing supplies, cooler, roadside kit etc) for MOTD. In addition to regular luggage, pillows, laptop..the lists gets longer everyday...Its going to be a tight fit!!

Anybody else loading up the boot and coming in only their MINI?

I can probably arrange that for you. Come see me at Fontana just up the hill from the general store. When you see yourself in the reflection stop and say hi.

We (wife and I) are bringing all of our stuff in our Cabrio, and MOTD follows a week spent visiting relatives in Indianapolis.

We have a little more room in Soulfire since we have a Rear Seat Delete. So, yep it will still be a tight fit, since there are SO MANY teeshirts I think I will have to wear 2 a day! As well as all the other stuff we *need* to bring.

Ok here are some pictures of it. It is a simple mod, we got it at http://www.rearseatdelete.com/
I bought some cheap vinyl at JoAnn's and sewed it around the plastic-just took some strong fishing line and a large piece of vinyl and sewed it on the underside....You have to take out the entire back seat, bottom piece and all (there isn't much storage under it, but you can put a couple of small things under. But the nicest thing is that you can put lots on top!

I carry 3 full grown Saint Bernards in the back of my MINI. Packing everything I need for a week at the Dragon is not a problem at all, and I carry a FULL SIZE spare as well as a decent sized tool kit in addition to all of my regular gear.

You can do it. use as many soft sided containers as possible.
