My letter came on Friday. Haven't opened it yet though, but the reservation was a very simple one, so that's why I haven't been too concerned.

I'll check it soon (as everyone should!).

 

Got my letter. When we checked out we asked for the option of later deciding to check in on Weds. (no problem they said). Unless somebody wants to grab that night from us...

Got my letter. The reservation dates were wrong by a day. And due to the lengthening of MOTD I had them start my reservation 2 days earlier. So now I am booked from Tuesday night through Saturday night.

Got mine a couple of days ago - woo hoo. Already dreaming about it (literally).

 

Got my letter, and they over booked the willows AGAIN! So got an upgrade to a two bedroom. Good now I can take my friends with us.

 

How does one get an upgrade at a property that is sold out?

 

*STILL* haven't gotten my letter, so I called Fontana and confirmed that my reservation is in the system. Whew!

I was told that I should have received the confirmation letter, but that several people have called saying they haven't gotten them, even though the Fonatana reservation system says they were sent. She re-confirmed my reservation and told me to call if don't get the letter within two weeks...

 

OK, I got a letter today but... what's a "Honeymoon Suite" I was on the list for an Inn Room and/or a Cabana room but Honeymoon Suite?

 

My guess - it's actually the Sweetheart Unit.
