Planning to order a 2027 Convertible and would like to be among the first to actually take delivery. I have a feeling this forum will have the order start date before the individual salesmen at the dealerships. Any guesses as to when 2027 production begins and when 'build your own' orders may be submitted?
Are they still taking orders for 2026 model production?

Best thing is to call local MINI dealer and they can tell you.

Order dates are before the production. New car production for the next year starts on the 7th month prior. So 2027 will start in 7/2026. A 2026 will go to 6/30 ish. Usually that's what happens.

 

May or may not be helpful for you since my new order will be from a different factory, but the dealer notified me yesterday that they now have a build slot for a MY27 U25. [Have had a deposit down for a few weeks, waiting for '27 orders to open.]
I confirmed/signed the build today and it will go into the ordering system on Monday.
