ICE Tires, gosh darn it... :(
Hit a giant, full-width pothole driving home last night, and now left front tire pressure is at 25psi.
Just filled it up; hoping I don't need a new tire after only 15K miles. At least there's a Belle Tire right up the street...

Did your tire hold air after hitting the pothole?
Doubt there is any wheel damage, but take a close look just to be sure.
I was avoiding a truck making a wide turn while turning near a high curb. Cut it a little too close and caught the rear passenger wheel on the curb. Didn't hit it that hard, but it did take a small chunk from the wheel rim paint... bummer.
Had some paint that was very close in color, metallic gun metal gray, that I was able to darken a bit with a mix of black enamel. Looks better, but....
Is there touch up paint for the wheels on our cars?

Here in PA it's like running an autocross course dodging below road surface manhole covers and the occasional pot hole. Used to be pot holes galore but it has gotten a little better recently.
Yep, holes are bad news for super low profile tires. I went with 215 45 R 17" on my 2026 F66 JCW, instead of 18"

I run the same tire size, and knock on wood, have had no problems.
Sometimes there is no way to avoid hitting a pothole and I sure don't want to blow out a tire and be stranded with no spare!
The emergency tire kit won't do any good in that situation.
I had low profile tires on an Alfa 4C and had to be very carefully cruising mountain roads, or even driving in town.
Colorado has a lot of bad roads and potholes due to the freeze thaw cycles tearing up the asphalt... or lack of maintenance.
