Anyone successfully upload a photo and have it show up on the Interaction Unit (using Mini lingo) when set to the Personal Experience?

I have the phone app and I am logged in with the profile set in the Mini. I can control the car through the app, like lock the doors, etc. I can also upload the photo within the phone app under the Vehicle configuration > Personal Mode. I can select it, and successfully apply it. When I go back into the Personal Mode setting on the phone app, it shows the photo I uploaded as selected and it appears in the big circle showing a preview of what it would look like on the Interaction Unit.

However, when I go into the car and set the Experience to Personal, and click the settings icon, I only see the 3 standard backgrounds, and do not see the photo I uploaded and selected in the app.

Any ideas? Thanks in advance for any help.

 

I don't have an answer and have seen the same behavior. Not sure why that it's working but looks to be a bug...

 

Hmmm... that is odd. I have not had any issues. Have you tried a different photo? Maybe the resolution or format is incorrect.

 

Thanks for the reply. Suddenly started working. I deleted the old photos I had added, uploaded new ones, and voilà!

Not sure what I did differently this time around.

 

I had this issue for a month, no solution
Uploaded 3 pictures from the Mini APP and they don´t download to my car

Any idea ?

 

Have you used the + sign on the display to charge them? Is that another way to do it? When I press that + sign it says Online Error

 

Haven't touched it in a while but I think the plus sign on the interactive display only lets you select what you've uploaded via the phone.
