I have some left over 1" white vinyl letters and numbers. I'll stop at AutoZone and get some pink and paint them for you. Maybe the wife's nail polish will work too. Do they have to be that cool metal flake? Or is regular pink close 'nuff?

Sorry to break it to you, but those are not valid Motoring IDs... a Motoring ID for your MINI has to be registered on the MINIUSA Owner's Lounge. Please note this is not your login ID at that site... what you need to do is:

1. Log in to the Owner's Lounge
2. Click on "Owner's Network"
3. Click on "Motoring ID"

From there you can watch the short (and amusing) video, and create an ID. This is also the page you would go to at a later date if you decide you want to contact another Motoring ID for a MINI you have spotted.

The list of words you get to choose from is limited... but keep in mind that Motoring IDs are specific to your MINI, not to you as individuals... so it's supposed to be different than your username here on NAM (or anywhere else for that matter).

Let me know when you have obtained Motoring IDs for your MINI!

 

OK! OK! I sobered up long enough to get a Motoring ID For My MINI. It is AHHH075. As in AHHH! a MOTORING ID!

You may be confusing the optional $5 buttons with the registration badges... they are two separate things. I am not working on the buttons, and I do not think they feature Motoring IDs. However, I can report that yes, I have updated the registration list with your MINI's Motoring ID (yours too, paulr... and everyone else who has posted theirs here), so it will appear on your registration badges.

 

Oh, I think I've confused the registration badge with the event button. Didn't know there was a registration badge......Ha. Okay, thanks for updating the list with our ID.

EDGE just corrected my mistake on my motoring ID I'm QUIK085 and not QUICK 085. I do want the ID but it should be the correct one. Sorry my mistake, zoned out in a senior moment.

 

Hello everyone...

Just an FYI... I just sent the first batch of the registration list in for badge printing... This is the first 348 registered attendees... the first NAM store order number in the list was NS2360 (dated 2/3/2006), and the last in the list is NS2867 (dated 3/22/2006). If your registration was purchased during that time window, it is too late to change any of the data on your badges.

The next batch of the list will be submitted in the next couple of days, so if you are not in the group above, and haven't sent your MINI's Motoring ID to me yet (either here in this thread, via PM or via email - edgedc@gmail.com), then quickly - get it in to me now!

 

This is for the gentleman who E- mailed me about the ID's. I swear to god I've tried several times it wont accept any password I give it.Any advice would be grately appreciated. thanx,SAM the ISLANDMAN.
