I'd like to, if we can find a time when everyone isn't on a drive. Maybe Friday after the Dragon Parade? Or sometime early evening on Saturday?

I think Friday, right after the Dragon parade is the best time... everyone with a JCW just head back to the base of the dam after the parade... OR we could do it at the top of the dam! There's a nice grassy area at the far end of the dam that would make a nice backdrop for a bunch of MINIs... I did that with a few friends there last year - see my gallery.
The problem with Saturday is those people (like me) who are going on the Scenic drive will be leaving... some at 10am, some at 10:30, some at 11. I'm leaving at 11, so 10am Saturday (one of the other suggestions) would work for me anyway, but I'm not sure if any other JCW owners will be leaving in the 10am group.
