Second Annual Cigar Sampling Salon
Second Annual Cigar Sampling Salon
welshmenwillnotyield and I would like to invite everyone who enjoys good cigars to come share some good smokes and good times with us at Fontana Village.
Let's get together on the porch of the Rec Hall after the Welcome Dinner to hang out, visit, and enjoy some good sticks. And we'd like to invite the aficionados to make it a nightly get-together after the scheduled meal events.
So, bring your favorite cigars and whatever you'd like to drink, such as beer, wine, port, scotch, etc., to enjoy with your MINI mates.

Both the rum and the mandarin Tatianas are excellent mild cigars, meant to be consumed in about 20 min., or so. I keep them on hand for when I want something short but sweet, and when I don't want to light up something more time-consuming. They are inexpensive, have authentic flavors, and prove you do not need to spend a fortune to enjoy smoking cigars.

If your looking for the "hard stuff", I guess you need to start a new thread!
) - but I like a little scotch (I'm thinking Glenfiddich Solera Reserve) with a cigar.I'll be there with something!
When I decide what I'll let you all know.
Since I missed the Cigar Salon last year, I would like to join in. I'll be at the Brew Swap as well.
I know very little about cigars, but I have had some that I liked...and some that were awful. The tatianas mentioned above sound intriguing.

This is a very nice way to share some good sticks, some nice beverages, but most of all, some nice company! We had a wonderful time at last year's, and with all the new cigar aficionados planning to attend, this year's will compete with only the Dragon for most exotic smoke!

Now where was the JR catalog?

I am looking forward to this everynight (after a good meal!)
I found some of the nicest tequila-flavored cigars...these will go nicely with the sangria I'm bringing to sip as we smoke, as well as the Mexican cornbread [for the Chili Cookoff]. Que viva el cinco de mayo, ya know?
