_____ (insert icon of me doing my happy dance). It would be great to meet you and Leif face to face. Book it Danno.

UKNUT: It doesn't matter how good or bad you play. We even had a We Suck At Guitar cyber concert planned once. I suck but it's still fun to play.

Cigar Smokers: My dog goes berserk if I try to light up. I am not bringing either dog. I look forward to learning more about the wonders of cigars.

sndwave: it seems you were right that they don't have cabins one day then mysteriously do the next. I'll stick with my room at the inn but their little game with me will not be forgotten.

Shortie Bus: The big party isn't going to be at Fontana Village. Go east from the village until you come to a Texaco and hang a right as soon after that as you can. Keep driving until you see the light.

Toasty, you've got to come Commit girl

I'll try a cigar if Clover brings one of those cherry flavored ones I tried a Cuban last year & just about knocked me on my ear But then it could have been the tequila And sndwave, I'm NOT a minor But I heard thru the grapevine that there's a big party going on in Murphy

Both of the 2Miniacs will be there. Reservations are made in one of the cabins. Can't wait. I arrived at the Dragon on the Sunday y'all were leaving last year....but it was with my sport bike (see gallery).

Looking forward to meeting all the NAM folks in May.

No, Jeff...I am not saying that, at all. I just know that I will go to the wonderful cigar store in Fort Walton Beach and snap up some very lady-like ceeeeeegars!

Kelley, do it! If you end up bailing (thereby disappointing your NAM fandom beyond mere words), you only have to pay a $20 cancellation fee, as long as it's more than 14 days in advance. What kind of commitment is that, I ask you?

What if one were to enjoy, say, those bubble gum cigarettes that you can blow through to make the cloud of powder "smoke"? Would one be welcome at the cigar party?

(Do they even still sell those, or were they determined to be a gateway drug at some point?)

I think I might die from laughter (if only I had MINIclo's selection of animated smileys).

I'm in. Vacation already approved. Reservations made (Cabin at Fontanna). Brininging the Mrs. and little Baby Hamster . We are coming in on Wednesday afternoon and leaving on Sunday morning.

Driving hard on the dragon...yes, par-taking in a little evening libations.....yes, changing stinky dipers....yes.

If anyone is COMING FROM MONTANNA can you please bring with you a case or two of "Moose Drool" beer? I will pay you top dollar for that stuff. It was my favorite drink when I was working with the ski patrol at Big Sky .

Will you be bringing your own hamster wheel for the young one to work out on?

Here is the hamster wheel that Little Baby Hamster is going to be cruising around in..............

I dig this thing so much I contemplated putting my dog in it and cruising around until the baby is born.

Eek....don't recommend doing that! Because when the baby arrives, the dog will resent Baby Hamster riding in "his/her" doggie wheels!:impatient

I just read this thread for the first time today. Been busy.

Sounds like a good time has been set in motion

I plan on helping out were ever I can once I get there. I will sign up for anything that involves food, cooking, setting up, eating.

The navigator and I will get there as soon as space is ready for us in 429

Plan on doing the 1400 miles straight there, but the motor home may take some time, so anyone that has a place Ruby and I can crash as we work our way home, let me know

ini, if you show up in a Buick, we can hide it somewhere, and you can motor with me

Ok... then I'm making reservations today. I don't suppose there really are any cabins left...? I've ix-nayed the amping-cay on account of having to be clean, well-rested, well-pottied and socially respectable to meet and share a cigar and/or bubblegum cigarette with the crew...

Moose Drool

I will see if I can stock up the Great Denver-to-KC-to-St Louis-to-Dragon Caravan with Moose Drool. There may be room among the Zin. If so, be prepared to trade something of value. There are ways, there are ways....

I just booked a cabin yesterday. There seems to still be many available.

I hope I can fanagle enough time to drive there and back, but if it costs me a day of being there I will fly. I mused yesterday about renting an Aztek (sp?) at the airport just to drive Chrisnl wild. But it wouldn't be worth being seen wheeling around in a huge orthopedic shoe just for that.

So, thanks for the offer, though I respect that your navigator may want the passenger seat.

If you want to overnight in Iowa City on the way back, I've got space and my twin navigationally challenged dogs, Annie and Chewy, would love to meet Ruby.

I've never had a Havana cigar and will gladly pay anyone who can bring one for me in May.

But think of the counterfeit MINI photo possibilities...
