Beware of the Dragons!

Beware of the Dragons!
I purchased two charity dragons while at MOTD, and have kept them on my dashboard. They were trophies, testifying to my prowess at slaying the Dragon, but they finally had their revenge.
These dragons are not solid, soft plastic, but thin casings of pliable vinyl, filled with hundreds of tiny, white, hard plastic pellets. After two weeks of riding in the warm sun, the vinyl softened, weakened, and split open across one dragon's back as I was driving. The pellets spilled all over the dash, and when I turned right to pull over, tumbled to the floor. Now there are tiny pellets spilled into the AC and defroster vents, and scattered throughout the interior, including in the tracks of the seat.
Fortunately I had the presence of mind to carefully remove the second dragon, cupping it with my hand over its top, and it too split as I picked it up.
So, if you also are giving your trophies a ride, remove them carefully!
I'll post this in the several forums which I read; please pass the word along.

Oh my! Thanks for the warning!
Mine are packed away, out of the UV rays, which I'm pretty certain is what probably mooshed them up on Daiuy's dashboard.
They were sold by the M2C2 club at the last minute to raise funds for the Ryen Neal Fund. Thanks to everyone who supported MKO's charity by buying the little dragons.
