Hi everybody!
As we start nearing MINIs on The Dragon we need to start looking at some deadlines for a few things.
If you are looking to put an activity together for the Dragon weekend and would like to have it listed in the Welcome Guide that is part of the full registration package we need to know about it by April 20th. This is the last day that we can guarantee an addition to the guide before it goes off to the printers. After the 20th we'll do our best to accomodate you in the guide but we can't make any promises.
If you already have your event listed here on the NAM planner, then you're in the Welcome Guide already.
If you end up putting something together at the last minute that you would like the group to know about after everybody gets in there are two options available to you, and you're welcome to take advantage of both of them.

Option 1: There will be a white board in the Rec Center that will be used for general announcements, you're welcome to add your event to the announcements listed.

Option 2: Feel free to print out flyers that can be left at the event registation desk for people to take. If we get them early enough we will gladly hand them out with the registration packages for you.
