I was a judge last year, and we had NO idea which chili was prepared by which chef! I can only say that it was a fun time....despite all the whining complaints of my fellow-judges!

In fact, I recall you talking about entering -- (and I quote here) "to show these people what Chili really is." Hmmmmm.

I'd LOVE to see you butt-scoot through a 5 gallon tub of ice cream! LOL!

In case you "chefs" have not heard about them, you really need to check into using some spices! They come in little jars and make food ingredients taste different when the cooking is done.

And to my final point, I don't think last year's chef's knew the difference between candy corn and a habanero pepper, so let me give you a couple more pictures for the visual learners out there. . . .
This is a candy corn, it tastes like sweet poo poo and does not add any heat to a pot of chili:

This is a habanero pepper, the hottest pepper in the world which will ensure that your chili does not taste like candy corn:
Come on Chili Cook-Off contestants, this year I hope you try to make the judges go instead of !

I'm young and sharp -- so, don't think it has gone unnoticed that Clover is unwilling to step up to the plate and put her chili where her mouth is. Seems last year, she was all talk ---- this year, no chili as she had once promised (or was that threatened).

But regarding the Chili Cook-Off, since I am co-organizing the Welcome Dinner, I kinda felt that was enough on my Dragon plate......

Not sure I want to go there??,,,,,,,, But Still think you are a weenie and making all sorts of excuses for not entering a Chili, and remeber lewdness will be disqualified, so leave all the "toys " at home!
Speaking of Weenies, where are all the other chili experts?????
