knees's fine! just a yucky 3 inch scar. thanks for asking...

I have been told by other Atlanta club members that I am not allowed to even bring flip-flops to the Dragon this year. and my husband won't let me buy the cool MINI pair either.

89 days and counting....

Exactly right. If you do bring any, they will go into the first gully I can find.
Mignight Dragon Runs are fun; midnight hospital runs are NOT.

Not yet, weather got crappy and didn't want to have fresh paint mixed with salt and sand. Shooting for first part of March if the weather will cooperate!

(BTW, I was just kiddin' ya about following ya!! )

13 minutes 30 seconds in 11.8 miles comes to 52.4 mph average speed.

Depending on your driving style and personality you can interpret this as any of the following:

A conservative estimate

Right on target

A worthy goal

A bit of an exaggeration

Absolute BS

Our first year with almost everyone running stock and on run flats for the most part, we did 49 MPH. With better tires and more power, 3 MPH more is not something unreal.

I'm in. No flip-flops allowed in my car this year! That drive to the hospital is hell.

Mark now has the official registration for the Midnight on the Dragon up. You’ll want to get over there and sign in.

like last year, i'll be the first out to the gravel parking lot (TN end of the Dragon)
and the last to leave the gravel parking lot on the way back
(to make sure everybody gets back without a problem)
see the 1st page of "Midnight On The Dragon" link: https://www.northamericanmotoring.co...3&page=1&pp=25
btw: i think 9 minutes is the record from the overlook to the gas station (cross roads of time)

Just 2Minis and Sndwave? What about koolmini and I?

You probably just need to watch the video in super slow motion in order to see the 2 or 3 frames of video in which a blur of grey and green fly past the screen like a UFO sighting :grin :

He was probably shooting 2minis in the lead and the panned back catching me in the back missing you two in the middle.
