Chasing a problem with the windows not functioning. My Foxwell scanner can make them work, so I reinitialized them, tested them and then... no joy. New window switch didn't change things.
I got code 801 403 (Permanent) CON: Control unit is not encoded for this vehicle.
Also got 801 408 (Permanent) CON: No current coding data stored.
This is the only problem occuring at present.
When I look at the ECU date, time, source page it's 2021 on a 2017 car and the source is "Marquart."
It's very clear no power is going to the window switch, but the window mechanism works when initialized. Getting to the fuses is not easy. Anyone have a specific fuse list for this function? That little postage stamp of a schematic isn't working for my old eyes.
