Someone please put this to bed for me. Do I have to drop the exhaust, and the heat shielding to install a Cravenspeed adjustable short throw shifter? the videos I find are only pre Facelift. The instructions seem to show that it is not necesary to remove it...but at this point, I would like to hear from the experts.

How did you guys do it?

Fort anyone that needs to know. You don't have to get under the car. but it is a pain in the ***! Especially since there are no accurate instructions anywhere!

And I bent the shifter cable........God help me!
