BMW navigation volume and voice

Two things:
1.The volume of the BMW navigation is very low, whereas the radio volume is just fine. Is there a way to adjust this volume separately?

2. And if possible, it would be really nice to change the navigation voice which is a liittle bit too sultry. In waze, there is a large selection of voices, but I'm guessing not for BMW.

thx,
2019 countryman-s, F60

1. Under Media settings, go to tone, change navigation volume there.

2. You can change your Language from English US to English UK under Language/Units, that may change the voice. (I'm not with my car right now, so this one is a guess.)

Thanks KindaCoolDad! I haven't tried adjusting it via the menu, but I found another post here that said you can adjust it with the volume **** while she is giving directions. It worked! Seems so obvious now (not really!) I would like to try the UK voice which seems a little more appropriate for a mini!
