Hey all, I just picked up a sage green 2022 JCW Countryman and thought I’d say hi.
this is Mini # four for us and I’m looking forward to making her our own.
we’ve had an 02 S, and 05 S and a 13 coupe, se definitely not new to Mini
First project will be getting some tint on the windows, getting my trusty Valentine One mounted and maybe adding bonnet and hatch stripes, but that’s still in negotiations...
THAT color is one I'd like if I were to sell my 2019 JCW Countryman. I'd put black stripes on the Bonnet with very thin red pinstripes on the sides of each stripe. Probably do the same on the rear gate. I haven't heard the new exhaust, but, I love the NM Engineering I have on my '19. Enjoy that extra power (that I don't have)!
Beautiful car!!! Congratulations on your purchase!! I will be picking one up very similar tomorrow. FWIW, I ordered mine with factory tint for the extra $500. Considering I'm leasing, I was unsure whether or not I could get non-factory tint on the vehicle without possibly creating any turn in issues should I not decide to purchase the car.
I assume this is the Iconic edition based on the black roof rails?
One feature on these MC black trim builds that I never quite understood is why some have the black surrounding plastic around the reflectors and below door trim piece and others have the silver trim? Considering I wanted standard seats due to my size, I was unable to order the Iconic trim which gave you the option of the $250 black roof rails. Iconic trims only came with the leather seats which were all sport seats.
FWIW, I absolutely love all Mini's and especially the Countryman. This is definitely my "Bucket List" car at 66 years of age ;-) As the MiniAC says on his Min YouTube videos - " Life is short to drive a boring car......so drive a Mini " ;-)
Congrats. Our 2022 JCW Countryman got off the boat in Charleston yesterday. We hope to have it in 10 days or so.
This is our 6th mini. We still have a 2012 Roadster we use as a fun car. The Countryman will be an everyday driver. We got the silver-white with red roof and mirror caps, fully loaded.
My wife decided to order it because she actually decided that life is too short to drive a boring car...after 4 years without a mini as her daily driver. Hyundai Sonata was a good car, Jost not fun to drive.

That's how I got into a Mini. Had a Toyota Highlander Sport, which was great for what it was...but, what is was didn't include "fun". Now, I actually enjoy driving anywhere and everywhere! Congratulations!
The red outline on the badge looks really nice against the sage green body. Rims look nice. Red accents give it that extra pop and the black detailing gives a nice flow. Really nice!
