Hey ! I'm on it as well.
i have the pianoblack taillights at home for my 2020 F60.
You have to do wiring, because now there are 2 fog/backup lights. But I don't know how.
i asked MINI Germany in Munich when the retrofit will come out, and they don't know yet.
