Can you please help me understand how the electronics are powered in PHEV and how the low voltage battery is charged?

As per the manual, I understood that the power is fed from the high voltage battery when driving in electric mode.

Are the electronics powered by the low voltage battery when running the iCE?

So if the ICE is not used frequently, in cases where the commute is short, how is the charge in the low voltage battery maintained and charged?
