Was the question ever answered of if it needed control arms or if the alignment was able to be done without them? Also for spacers I am looking to do the same and was going to try 12mm front and 15mm rear. Thoughts?
Got the coilovers from @ECS Tuning , they did great on this setup with the Swift springs upgrade.
I will be placing the order for lower control arms this week as we could not get the camber right on stock.
New wheels are next to get the look we are going for. This is my wife's car, her daily driver. So I have to move methodically.
I removed the 17.5mm spacers I had on the rear, while I sort the alignment. May add them back afterwards.

looking good! How is the ride quality? and I assume you loose Dynamic dampening?

Also, what size wheels and tires are those? They look like 18's, but I could be wrong. And just to be clear, you purchased the ECSTuning coilovers?
Thanks for your time and research.
I had mine professionally done last week at Mod Junkie. I love the ride quality and height. The feel is quick at sporty... corners so much better than stock. I have no issues using DDC as well. LOVE IT!!!

Looks Good! I did the same and went with HR Springs too.
FYI...
I got lucky and a local MINI enthusiast in the area had the NM Engineering 25mm Rear Sway Bar and the CravenSpeed Big Brace Kit for sale still NEW in their boxes. I installed these on top of the lowering springs and the handling is very improved especially in the corners.

Car looks great!
Did you happen to add the chassis braces at the same time as the rear sway bar? I'd like to do springs and rear sway bar, but was also thinking about the chassis braces, but not sure how much stiffness and feel they will add on their own...

NICE!!! I plan on adding the Craven Speed brace as well. I added PowerFlex upper and lower engine mount inserts. LOVE the throttle response now.

Ah man I’m sorry I thought I replied to this…
I did not add the chassis braces at the same time as the sway bar because it required 2 more additional bolts to secure properly so I did those later. To be honest, I don’t feel the braces provided any significant extra handling characteristics on top of the neuspeed sway bar. I’m sure there might be noticeable difference if using the factory sway bar but in my case, nothing that I was able to feel.
